As the AI Technology Manager at Dorbby Marketplaces Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to optimize our e-commerce platform and deliver personalized shopping experiences to our customers. Leveraging your expertise in AI technology, machine learning, and data science, you will oversee a team of AI developers and data scientists, driving innovation, collaboration, and excellence in AI development.

• Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features and algorithms to enhance user engagement, personalization, and conversion rates on our e-commerce platform.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define AI-driven initiatives that align with business goals and customer needs.
  

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI developers and data scientists, ensuring the successful execution of AI projects from conception to implementation.
  

• Establish best practices, standards, and processes for AI development, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  

• Oversee the selection and integration of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to support our platform's AI capabilities, such as machine learning libraries, cloud services, and data analytics platforms.
  

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in AI technology, staying updated on the latest advancements, research, and trends in AI, and e-commerce.
  
• Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
  

• 2+ years of professional experience in AI development, with demonstrated expertise in leading AI projects and teams.
  

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical techniques, with hands-on experience in model development, training, and evaluation.
  

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions that drive business impact and improve customer experiences in e-commerce or related industries.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  

• Passion for innovation, technology, and e-commerce, with a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
