We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate AI and ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The AI and ML Engineer will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive training programs that empower students, professionals, and enthusiasts to excel in the field of Artificial Intelligence and related technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content on AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and tools.

Design hands-on exercises, case studies, and projects to facilitate practical learning.

• Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in AI and ML.

Assess the skill levels of trainees and tailor training programs to meet their needs.

• Provide mentorship and support to team members and trainees during and after training sessions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and opportunities for skill development in AI and ML.

Conduct webinars, workshops, and seminars to promote AI and ML knowledge within and outside the organization.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI and ML training or a related role.

Proven experience in developing and delivering AI and ML training programs.

• Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R.

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, etc.

• Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to design and conduct training sessions tailored to different skill levels.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Certifications:* Relevant certifications in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are a plus.
