- Formulation Development:
Design and optimize glyphosate formulations to meet specific product performance criteria. Conduct research and experiments to improve the efficiency, stability, and safety of glyphosate-based products.
- Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control protocols to ensure the consistency and reliability of glyphosate formulations. Perform thorough analyses and testing to verify the quality and compliance of the final products.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about national and international regulations related to glyphosate and agrochemical formulations. Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including chemists, agronomists, and regulatory affairs professionals, to achieve project goals. Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during the scale-up of glyphosate formulations.
- Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest developments in agrochemicals and contribute to ongoing research efforts within the organization. Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the performance and sustainability of glyphosate formulations
