Job Purpose:
To lead all Maintenance activities for cell manufacturing at ReNew with a focus on cost reduction and optimization utilization of Machines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire cell machines, equipment's, utilities and project maintenance of entire high volume cell manufacturing lines for running the operations 24*7*365 days.
- Leading a large size team of technical resources including engineers for smooth functioning of maintenance activities in all shifts for 365 days of operation.
- Monitoring & maintaining the schedule of maintenance activities to management on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
- Planning and monitoring breakdown, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of Plant Equipment.
- Reviewing and following through the maintenance Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) targets.
- Enhancing life cycle of equipment by analysis critical spare parts and replacing/ refurbishing high-cost spare parts, drafting equipment obsolesce study and proposing up-gradation & replenishment plans within suitable budget to the management.
- Responsible for cost reduction during process activities.
- Should be able to think out of box.
Profile & Eligible Criteria:
Education: B. Tech/M.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) from a reputed engineering college
Experience: At least 15-18 years of relevant post qualification experience in cell component industry or Automobile, Electronics Manufacturing, Semi-Conductors or industrial automation.
