We are seeking a highly experienced AGM - Retention to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in customer retention, retention management, team management, and customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to dropout students and their parents for counseling sessions.
- Listen attentively and understand the concerns of the students and parents regarding dropouts.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to retain them in the program.
- Collaborate with the Centre Operations Manager and the Head of Department (HOD) to discuss and provide solutions to retain students.
- Schedule house calls to meet with parents and address their concerns.
- Achieve the set retention targets.
- Prepare and maintain proper daily student-wise reports.
