Roles & Responsibilities:
- Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customer/partners
- Plan out localized BTL campaigns in conjunction with city heads.
- Build a network of localized marketing vendor in every city
- Oversee complete execution of planned campaign right from material development to on ground co-ordination
- Responsible for offline campaign marketing to raise the brand awareness and hit ROI goals.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
- Responsible for all offline materials production and distribution of all organization publications.
- Responsible for offline events monitoring, and organizing include (Vendors and suppliers communication).
- Responsible for all external communications campaigns, creative content & Brand development.
- Research and propose creative ideas for campaigns that increase awareness and ultimately revenue through media and influencers
- Ensure timely reporting on marketing campaigns and resources to key stakeholders
Skills Required :
- 7-8 years of experience in D to C Brand(Preferably electronics)
- Actively involved in end to end execution of Offline marketing campaigns
- Great communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset ability to see and derive value out of every association
- Should have a Data driven approach
- Must be a good team player
