Sr Manager/AGM International business -LATAM
- Development and licensing(out-licensing) for existing and new products in the territory
- Plan & Implement entry strategy for the identified region/country.
- Identify/tap new partners & customers for new and existing products in terms of size, growth potential & revenue generation.
- Develop & implement key processes related to product planning & pricing and its distribution, and positioning in the market.
- Co-ordinate with planning / Operations / SCM team on sales projection for the region and final supplies.
- Coordination with cross-functional team for regulatory filings /audits etc
- Budgeting(Part of Short and Long-term Strategy).
- Plan deal approaches, contracting, negotiation of terms & deal closing.
- Market Intelligence: - Emerging Market Analysis & Strategy Support and evaluate competition.
- Conduct competitor analysis to achieve marker / region share metrics for new products.
- Customer Relationship Management and Dealer distribution management: - Building strategic alliances with customers and develop a dealer distributor network.
- Ensure timely response to customer queries related to product, logistics, prices etc.
- Follow up calls & visit customers at regularly intervals to understand their needs / concerns. - Participate in pharma major events / exhibitions.
- Team Building & Leadership: - Build & encourage mutual trust & cooperation among team members.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Bachelor's/PG Degree (preferably in Pharmacy or Sciences) with specialization in Business Management ( not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of Spanish/Portuguese (not mandatory)
- Good exposure to the LATAM region with B2B/B2C experience in the Pharma industry.
- Experience in market entry strategy especially in Brazil and Mexico(added advantage)
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry in leading functions like Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Alliance Management, Strategic Planning and Portfolio Management.
- Good exposure to licensing agreements, co-promotions, strategic alliances, and other types of corporate collaborations.
- Should possess a good network with the Global Pharmaceutical community and relationship with key decision makers.
- Good understanding of the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry including Finished Dosage preferably in the B2B model.
- Good understanding of Regulatory requirements and Intellectual Property for filing pharmaceutical products
- Excellent presentation skills, good knowledge of MS office ( PowerPoint/excel )
