Job Description :

1) responsible to ensure the onbaording of new hires is completed as per TAT , employee relations with increase % MOM ,

2)Ensure timely and smooth completion of annual PMS (Performance Management System)cycle across locations.

3) Effectively handle the Performance Management Cycle for the responsible functions including recommending compensation corrections & promotions.

4)Manage recruitment life-cycle which includes understanding and aligning with business specifications, providing timely and appropriate feedback to all involved in the interviewing process and ensuring closing of the position.

5)Partner with line managers & business heads to retain and keep the high performers & critical team members engaged.
6)Manage the effective achievement of the team objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation.
