AGM / GM - Corporate Sales
Location: Mumbai
You will be responsible for leading and managing the corporate sales team to grow the corporate business along with developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing client relationships and meeting monthly quarterly and annual targets.
Role
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand market share.
Lead and motivate the corporate sales team to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, product and technology to align sales strategies
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on performance, forecasts and market developments.
Requirement
15 yrs of experience in corporate sales in travel industry with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.
Excellent understating of the business travel landscape in the India market
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and tactics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
