AGM Finance & Accounts

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced C.A. professional for our Finance & Accounts department. The ideal candidate should have a strong financial management, accounting, and strategic planning background.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Administering Accounts and MIS like maintenance of books of accounts, working capital, Balance sheet, and finalization of year-end accounts and consolidation as per Ind AS.
• Managing day-to-day cash flow by maintaining a track of payables and receivables.
• Oversee Direct and Indirect Tax matters.
• Liaison with statutory bodies (like Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Service Tax), consultants, auditors, and bankers for effective management and control of the function.
• Ensuring the establishment and implementation of internal control systems for maintaining of accounts and records as required under different statutes and regulations.

Desired skillsets:

- Experience of working in an ERP / SAP environment and leading a team in Finance / Accounts & Taxation.

- Working knowledge of IND AS

- Strong in processes and controls.

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong in interpersonal relationship building to be able to interface with stakeholders, external auditors, etc.

- Proficient in making PowerPoint presentation and presenting before stakeholders
