AGM / DGM (Sales and marketing) - Real Estate

About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors/first gen promoters. The group has curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of 40 lac sq ft. Our current focus is Shimla. We are targeting a new launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets. In Sales & Marketing, we have openings for Assistant/Deputy General Manager at Shimla (Himachal Pradesh).

Key Responsibilities:

• Your role will start from site visits by the target customers. Closure of the deals will be your KRA.
• Building / Managing team of sales executives and managers.
• Cross functional collaboration.
• Creating and managing CP network.

Required Skill Sets:

Graduate. MBA will be a plus.

Proven track record and experience (5 year min preferred) in a similar role with real estate players.

Experience in selling luxury real estate/second homes (preferred)
