Monitor timely delivery of development artifacts to Customer.
Monitor development team
Interact with DSMU/Signalling team/ customer and sort out any dependencies/support for timely deliverables.
Interact with other teams with in software dept and other department in the organization
Responsibilities
Daily Resource loading sheet for all the team members
Preparation/updating/ review of WBS (Schedule)
Approve product artifact release from
Development -> Software Testing Team-> System Engineering Team
Daily status meeting with Sr Management
Daily status meeting with team members
Discuss with development team on the impediments for performing the assigned task. Interact with the corresponding team and ensure the timely availability required support/equipment's
Interact with HR w.r.t recruitment and timely availability for development resources
Interact with Subcontractors (other software companies) w.r.t recruitment and timely availability for development resources
Ensure task completion status are properly matching with Timesheet entries (they will be used for generating BU level metrics)
