11.Benchmarking costs, collecting market intelligence & tracking commodity pricing monitoring market dynamics.

12.Negotiate & manage the contract on behalf of the Company as per the defined process in SOP.

13.Appointment of Consultants for Architectural Consultancy,

14.Structural Consultancy, MEP Consultant i.e. Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting, STP

15.Award of Work Orders for Trade Packages Earthworks, Internal Finishes, Infrastructure & Ancillary Structures i.e. Road, SWD, CC, Club House, Substation, STP, RWHT, Amenity Structures, Compound Wall, Retaining Wall, Contract Formulation.

16.Prequalification of Contractors, Tendering & Bid Evaluation, Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying

Checking of Statutory Compliances / Registrations/ Contractual Documents.

Prepare Change Order Notices / Amendments/Commercial Closures
