Job Summary:-
- Sets short- and long-term channel sales strategies
- Develops relationships and structures partnerships with channel partners
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Coordinates development of sales and marketing materials required for channel partners to be successful
- Trains sales resources within channel and attends client meetings with them where possible
- Directs leads developed within the channel to the appropriate sales person within Maestro Realtek
- Manages potential channel conflict with other sales channels
- Evaluates effectiveness of partner programs and improves upon them
- Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
- Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Educate partners about product portfolio and services offered.
- Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
- Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
Education and Experience
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from reputed university
Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in Real Estate Industry with desired experience of leading a team of at least 5+ members.

Good interpersonal and customer facing skills, able to empathize, maintain professionalism, display patience and politeness within a sometimes pressurized environment
Good team working skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
Good oral communication skills. Ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority
