Job Brief We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead the adoption of SAFe Agile practices within our program The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of mentoring large teams and facilitating a culture of continuous improvement

Responsibilities

Assess current team processes and implement strategies for adopting SAFe best practices

Mentor and guide teams on SAFe Agile principles roles ceremonies and artifacts

Facilitate SAFe PI Planning and ensure alignment of team objectives with organizational goals

Drive the execution of Agile Release Trains ARTs and coordinate with other Agile Coaches and Release Train Engineers RTEs

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives and implementing action plans

Train and coach leaders teams and Scrum Masters in LeanAgile practices and mindsets

Support the development of an internal Agile Community of Practice CoP

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience as an Agile Coach with extensive experience in SAFe Agile

Strong understanding of LeanAgile principles and the Scaled Agile Framework

Experience in facilitating largescale Agile transformations

Excellent communication mentoring and leadership skills

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams

Relevant certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant SPC or SAFe Agilist SA

Desired Skills

Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence or Rally

Knowledge of DevOps practices and integrating them within SAFe Agile teams

Prior experience in a software development environment
