Job Description

Key Roles:

To achieve business targets through field sales of insurance product To recruit train and develop a team of insurance agents to create business opportunities
To assist insurance agents in sales calls for sales conversion
Result orientation in achieving business targets from time to time
To be the first point of contact to ensure seamless customer service

Eligibility Qualifications:

Age between 23 38yrs Graduation / Post Graduation
1 Year plus Sales Experience in any sales/ Insurance Industry preferred
Good Communication Skills. Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships. Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
High on Honesty and Integrity
Ready to Stretch and Achieve. Ready to travel and do Field Work.
