Job Profile : Agency Sales Executive
  • About Us:

We are an Insurance intermediary based out of Bangalore and have obtained Regulators license to act as an intermediary. We are also introducing a differentiated Health Insurance product that has broad appeal, addresses core issues in healthcare that potentially change the way Health Insurance works.

The company is collaborating with few large and forward-thinking general insurers in India.
  • Job Overview :

An upcoming Health InsurTech Up requires a Sales Executives with hands-on experience in selling Insurance to Retail and to some extent Corporates with a good mix of portfolio Retail Health, Motor and few Corporate Accounts.

They will be responsible to grow Insurance sales organically and through acquisition of Specified Persons.
  • Mandatory Requirements:

The candidate should be a graduate, have minimum of 3 years and upto 5 years of proven hands-on sales experience in Insurance products, from an Insurance Broking or Corporate Agency background with experience in GMC, Retail Health, Home, SME Business.
  • Responsibilities:
Identification and growth of Specified Persons
  • Business Growth in SME Products - Health, GMC, Liability products, Marine Insurance -
Achievement of overall sales targets.
  • Execute sales promotional activities.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience in driving business growth through sales teams.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales preferably in Broking or Corporate Agency background
Good organizational and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and speaking skills
  • Creating and tracking Sales Metrics
Strong communication skills

  • Work Time:
