Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Agency Manager at RELIGARE HEALTH INSURANCE (RHI) located in Thane. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the agency channel, building and maintaining relationships with agents, identifying and executing business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets. The Agency Manager will also provide training and support to agents, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and stakeholders
- Good understanding of insurance products and market trends
- Ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities
- Result-oriented and ability to achieve targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Relevant certifications in insurance or sales is a plus
