Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance in Surat. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the agency network, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with agents. Daily tasks include recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and achieving sales targets.
