Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of insurance agents, setting sales targets, developing business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to increase sales, and contributing to the growth of the agency.

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant certifications such as IRDAI certification would be beneficial
