About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of an Agency Manager. This key leadership position will involve overseeing agency operations, driving sales, and ensuring overall agency performance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in setting strategic goals, managing resources, and leading the team to achieve targets while delivering exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's client base
- Inspire, mentor, and motivate staff to drive performance and maximize potential
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing evolving needs
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Implement and oversee effective sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Monitor agency performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Manage budget, expenses, and resource allocation for efficiency and profitability
- Resolve escalated client issues and provide effective solutions

- Stay updated on industry best practices and maintain a deep understanding of the agency's products and services

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency management
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Sound understanding of financial principles and budget management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of insurance, financial services, or related industries is preferred
