Job Description

  • Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and assess their risk profile. Provide personalized insurance recommendations and explain coverage options, policy terms, and premium costs.

  • Policy Sales: Present insurance proposals to clients and guide them through the application and underwriting process. Close sales by addressing client concerns, overcoming objections, and negotiating terms as needed.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, assistance, and advice. Address client inquiries, update policies as needed, and handle claims or other service requests promptly and professionally.

  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy transactions using CRM software or other tracking tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes through ongoing training, seminars, and professional development opportunities. Maintain relevant licenses and certifications to stay compliant with state insurance regulations.

Master in Landscape Architecture, Bachelor in General Studies (BGS), Doctor of Ministry
