Job Description



  • BusinessDevelopment:
  • Developand execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand marketpresence.
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through open market channels and agencynetworks.
  • Buildand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers,agents, and financial institutions.

  • ChannelManagement:

  • Manageand nurture relationships with agency channels and direct sales teams.
  • Implementeffective channel strategies to maximize productivity and revenue generation.
  • Providetraining and support to agents and channel partners to ensure understanding ofproducts and sales techniques.

  • ProductPromotion:

  • Promoteand sell health insurance products, CASA (Current Account and Savings Account),mutual funds, and other financial products/services.
  • Conductpromotional activities, presentations, and seminars to increase productawareness and market penetration.

  • OperationsManagement:

  • Overseeday-to-day operations related to agency health business, ensuring compliancewith regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Monitorsales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for managementreview.
  • Driveefficiency and productivity improvements within the business unit.

  • CustomerRelationship Management:

  • Ensurehigh levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery andresolution of customer issues.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams (such as underwriting, claims, and customer service) toenhance customer experience and retention.

  • Skillsand Qualifications:


  • Provenexperience (3-5 years) in agency health business management, preferably in theinsurance, banking, or financial services sector.
  • Strongunderstanding of open market, agency channel, and direct channel operations.
  • Knowledgeof CASA products, mutual funds, and broking company operations.
  • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilityto lead and motivate a team towards achieving business goals.
  • MBA orequivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fieldpreferred.
