Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager at Shriram Life Insurance in Ujjain. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to drive sales and meet targets. The role involves developing strategies to expand the agency network, fostering agent relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
