We are looking for Agency Channel Sales Manager for Life/Health/Genral Insurance Sales Domain.

Experiance Required -mini 2yr. -Max6yr.

Location-

Mumbai,Pue,Hyderabad,Banglore,Chennai,Rajamundhray,Vizag,Vijayawada Mysore ,Anantpur ,Coaimbatore

Responsiblities -

For Life /Health /Genral Insurance

Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.Ensuring all staff exercise good time management.Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, andensuring staff does the same. Researching currentindustry/market trends and using knowledge for businessimprovement.
