Job description

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency network and increase sales through the agency channel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product development, training, and support for agents.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
• Manage relationships with key agency partners and stakeholders.
• Provide regular reports on agency performance and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of life insurance, health insurance, banking sales, direct, recruitment, agency development, insurance, distribution channel sales, and agency channel.
• Proven track record of success in managing agency networks and driving sales growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred but not required.
