Recruit Agents / Advisors
Develop agents through coaching, training, team management support etc
Drive agents and advisorsteam size, activity ratio, case rate per active agent and case size to achieve the premium targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have Minimum 1 Year Experience in Insurance/Banking/ Any sales.
Must be a Graduate.
