Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide excellent after-sales support to customers, addressing and resolving any issues they encounter
- Maintain thorough knowledge of electric vehicle products to offer informed assistance
- Handle warranty claims and coordinate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolutions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and support
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to track issues and resolutions
- Analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and recommend improvements to products or processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to relay customer insights and enhance service quality
- Collaborate with factory to ensure all repair and maintenance is done timely and service is delivered thereon.
- Keep a detailed record of all payments receivable and payable on account of warranty claims
- Keep record of stocks for repair and replacements and ensure availability of the same.
- Support dealers and sub-dealers in providing timely service to the end user.
