We are Hiring for Premium Auto Car Dealership company in Ahmedabad.
We are looking for an After Sales Head to lead our team in providing exceptional after-sales services to our premium automobile customers. The ideal candidate should have 15-20 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong background in the automobile industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement after-sales strategies that ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and oversee the performance of the after-sales team, including service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards in the delivery of after-sales services
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement in the after-sales process and implement changes as necessary
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Monitor and analyze after-sales data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present regular reports on after-sales performance to senior management
- Manage the after-sales budget and ensure that expenses are within budget limits
Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Education in Automobile will be added advantage.
- Min- 15 Years in Automobile dealership (Luxury brand must)
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional after-sales services and achieving customer satisfaction targets
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
- In-depth knowledge of after-sales processes, systems, and technologies
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis
- Familiarity with Gujarati Language.
