Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Executive to manage and oversee daily financial operations. This role involves handling sales, expenses, invoicing, reporting, TDS preparation, payment collection, vendor payments, and incentive management. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial records, compliance, and timely reporting to support efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping:Enter sales and expenses accurately in Zoho Books or the internal finance portal to maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Invoice Management:Create and issue sales invoices promptly, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- MIS Reporting:Collect sales, expenses, and other financial data to prepare MIS reports. Submit the MIS report to the Chartered Accountant by the 5th day of each month for GST filing.
- GST Filing Support:Track GST deadlines and assist with preparing data for monthly filings:GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
- TDS Sheet Preparation:Prepare and maintain TDS sheets accurately, supporting timely filing and compliance.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze financial data to provide insightful reports to management.
- Payment Collection:Ensure prompt collection of payments from clients and update records accordingly.
- Vendor Payment:Process and manage vendor payments, maintaining good relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely disbursements.
- Incentives Management:Prepare monthly incentive sheets for sales managers based on agreed criteria.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time-management abilities.
