Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Graduate with knowledge in electrical engineering preferred.
- Installation and commissioning of EV chargers, adhering to established SOPs.
- Develop FAQs for customer service support to address common inquiries.
- Conduct site inspections prior to installation to ensure suitability.
- Identify and understand issues, coordinating with respective teams for prompt resolution.
- Maintain customer CMS and product details accurately.
- Generate installation reports for both AC & DC chargers.
- Coordinate with the team to allocate resources for installation and service support.
- Collaborate with teams for after-sales support nationwide, and explore partnerships for additional support services.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Graduation with knowledge in electrical engineering preferred.
- Experience in installation and commissioning, particularly in the EV charging domain.
- Ability to create effective FAQs for customer service support.
- Proficient in site inspections and understanding technical issues.
- Capability to maintain customer CMS and product details meticulously.
- Skilled in coordinating teams and allocating resources efficiently.
- Willingness to engage with teams nationwide for after-sales support and explore partnerships for service expansion.
