In case of failure or customer complaint, in accordance with the India After Sales Department Head, intervene and manage the situation. Visit plan to be prepared after authorization from company. In case of failure or customer complaint, after the actions taken, write under the After Sales Manager supervision a detailed and complete report that must be verified and approved (whenever necessary) by the Indian After Sales Manager before being sent to the customer Define under the supervision of the After Sales Manager the check and repair method in case of failure or customer complaint, agreeing the same with the customer: on field or at the customer's premises (external activity) In case of rejection, only after the authorization from the After Sales Manager, coordinate the receiving of the material back to the Company. Grant the proper identification of the material from the customer (repair and rejection) and the correct management of the respective documentation until the return to the customer Grant the repair of the products in the shortest possible time for the material in warranty and as soon as possible after the approval from the customer in case of repair on chargeable basis (out of warranty), anyway within the timetable agreed with the customer Organize the Spare Parts Warehouse and the warehouse for the material in repair or repaired, including the proper management of the spare parts used for the repairs, granting the proper identification of all the material Support purchasing department for any procurement activities and follow up of materials with local suppliers. If required, visit to suppliers in case of emergency.

Work experience in construction equipment MOBILE HYDRAULLIC Industries* in After Sales Service
- in MOBILE HYDRAULICS (companies like Bonfiglioli, Danfoss, Rexroth, Eaton, Pavesi etc).
