Between 25K - 30K (Fixed in hand)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Identify and recruit new affiliates, as well as maintain relationships with existing affiliates.
Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Optimize affiliate marketing programs to increase ROI and improve overall effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials and ensure consistent messaging.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing.
Skills Required:
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing concepts and strategies.
Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
