Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager - iGaming, located in Gurugram. As an Affiliate Manager - iGaming, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of our affiliate marketing campaigns in the iGaming vertical. You will need to build and maintain relationships with existing affiliates while also identifying, recruiting and educating new affiliates. Your key responsibility is to maximize customer loyalty and revenue through our affiliate partners, growing Amigo Media revenue through profitable affiliate partnerships in the iGaming space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an affiliate marketing strategy that drives growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our affiliates.
• Identify potential new affiliates and negotiate agreements.
• Analyze data to make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Provide regular reports on affiliate performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming vertical.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with publishers in the iGaming industry.
• Experience in establishing and executing action plans to achieve affiliate program goals (ROI, KPIs)
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to negotiate agreements and comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Familiarity with iGaming industry metrics is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, as a strong team player and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree
