Job Overview:
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's affiliate marketing program. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with affiliate partners, optimizing the program's performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Recruitment and Management:
Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program.
Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and partners.
Negotiate terms and conditions with affiliate network partners.
Worked with global affiliate networks.
Program Optimization:
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
Implement strategies to maximize ROI from affiliate marketing campaigns.
Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional activities.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness.
Use data to optimize affiliate strategies and ensure goals are met.
Provide regular performance reports to management.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that affiliate partners comply with company policies and guidelines.
Monitor affiliates for compliance with terms and conditions.
Address issues of fraud or unethical practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.
Communicate regularly with affiliates regarding program updates, upcoming promotions, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with affiliate networks and platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with affiliate management software.
Knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.
Understanding of the e-commerce industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
