- Convince potential clients to schedule a visit for a consultation.
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules, ensuring clients receive timely and convenient consultation slots.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for consultation bookings.
- Regular monitoring and follow-up of all leads and tracking all conversions
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates from call to consultation.
- Experience of 4+ years working with Aesthetic clinic
