Responsibilities

Within our global, Managed Services platform, we provide Application Evolution Services (formerly Application Managed Services), where we focus more so on the evolution of our clients applications and cloud portfolio. Our focus is to empower our client's to navigate and capture the value of their application portfolio while cost-effectively operating and protecting their solutions. As a member of our Application Evolution Services (AES) team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on a mix of critical Application Evolution Service offerings and engagement including help desk support, enhancement and optimization work, as well as strategic roadmap and advisory level work. It will also be key to lend experience and effort in helping win and support customer engagements from not only a technical perspective, but also a relationship perspective.

Minimum Degree Required (BQ) *: BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA / B.SC / B.Com / BBA

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Keep up to date with developments in the area of specialization.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, manage deliverables independently, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Good Team player. Take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities.

Strong Knowledge In

  • Proactively monitor systems for performance and issues and perform root cause analysis of production and non-production systems.
  • Experience in Kernel update and Support Pack stack upgrade
  • Hands on experience in System Refresh / Client Copies
  • Experience with HANA Database administration, patching and upgrade.
  • Provide operations support for SAP systems and technical infrastructure which includes printer administration, transport administration, troubleshoot SAP front end issues.
  • Knowledge in applying OSS notes, configuring RFC connections.
  • Analyze system performance issues and troubleshoot
  • Solution Manager Technical Monitoring configuration. Should be able to configure the alerts and make changes to the configuration as per the requirements.
  • SLT Replication configuration and administration. Should possess knowledge on SLT replication and troubleshoot issues related to SLT issues.
  • Excellent Knowledge in UNIX/ Linux and Windows OS platform.
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exposure to SAP Solution Manager
  • Analyze EWA reports

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in S/4 HANA
  • ITIL certification
  • Exposure to BOBJ and Data Services
