We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented indivisual with a strong interest in aerospace engineering to participate in a challenging internship focused on the aerodynamic design of a novel guidance kit for unmanned systems. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers on a cutting-edge project.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of a complex guidance kit using industry-standard CFD software.
- Learn and apply principles of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and flight mechanics to optimize wing design for efficient lift generation, glide performance, and maneuverability.
- Gain exposure to stability and control analysis to ensure the guidance kit's flight characteristics meet project requirements.
- Understand the integration of the aerodynamic design with the overall guidance system.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings under the guidance of senior engineers.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled or completed a Bachelor's degree program in Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in aerodynamics and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) (if applicable).
- Good understanding of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) concepts is a plus.
- A passion for learning and a willingness to take on challenging tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
