Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and devise solutions through AEM.
- Design and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows tailored to client specifications.
- Customize and enhance AEM functionalities to suit specific client requirements.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Optimize AEM application performance to ensure swift loading times and an exceptional user experience.
- Engage in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues within AEM applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AEM and related technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Java and associated technologies (e.g., JSP, servlets, Spring).
- Extensive experience in developing AEM components, templates, and workflows.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).
- Adobe certification in AEM is highly regarded.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in AEM development.
