Role Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Senior AEM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) along with a solid understanding of related technologies. This role demands a proactive individual who can deliver customized solutions and adapt to varying project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Development:

Design, develop, and maintain custom OSGi services, servlets, and Sling models.

Create and manage AEM components and client libraries.

Implement and configure AEM Dispatcher for optimal performance and security.

Develop and integrate solutions with AEM Cloud Service.

Understand and manage multisite environments effectively.

Integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics and ensure seamless data flow and reporting.

Plan and execute the implementation of Adobe Journey Optimizer.

2. Solution Delivery:

Provide effective solutions to customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.

Work on project stories and tasks as required.

Flexibly switch across multiple teams depending on project needs.

3. Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with new features and advancements in AEM and related technologies.

Incorporate new features into projects to optimize workflows and enhance performance.

Extensive experience with AEM, including custom OSGi services, servlets, and Sling models.

Proficient in creating AEM components and client libraries.

Strong understanding of multisite management within AEM.

Experience with AEM Dispatcher configurations.

Familiarity with AEM Cloud Service.

Knowledge of React JS is a plus.

Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics.

Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer implementation is desirable.

Ability to work independently and flexibly across different project teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies.

• Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) skills
• Full-Stack Development skills
• Proficiency in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
• Experience with Java, HTML, and JavaScript
• Team player with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
