AEM Assets Developer

Title: AEM Assets Developer

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled AEM Assets Developer with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Cloud Assets and AEM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing AEM-based digital asset management solutions, integrating with other Adobe products, and ensuring the highest quality in performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adobe Cloud Assets Development:
• Create and manage files and folders within Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Define and implement metadata schemas and tags for Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Develop and customize OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) and custom workflows for Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Integration and Configuration:
• Integrate Adobe Cloud Assets with other Adobe products (Workfront, Brand Portal, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Implement connectors and plugins integration with Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Configure and manage assets collections, Omni Search, and other asset features.
• Implement and configure Brand Portal components.
• Migration and Deployment:
• Execute assets migration from various platforms to Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Write migration utilities or leverage ACS Tools for migration processes.
• Build and deploy code using pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, or other deployment tools).
• Development and Customization:
• Develop custom components, templates, and InDesign Server integrations.
• Implement integration between Adobe Cloud Assets and Workfront using connectors.
• Write code for custom workflows, review, and approval processes for asset publishing.
• Integrate Adobe Creative Cloud with Workfront and Adobe Cloud Assets.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality.
• Analytics and Performance:
• Integrate analytics scripts for assets and components.
• Maintain awareness of security and performance best practices.
• Configuration Management:
• Manage configurations between Adobe Cloud Assets, Workfront, Brand Portal, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ensure robust configuration management practices are followed.

Requirements:

• Must-Have:
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud Assets and AEM.
• Experience defining metadata schemas and tags.
• Proficient in Adobe Cloud Assets OOTB and custom workflows.
• Experience with asset templates and InDesign Server.
• Knowledge of GIT, build tools (Maven), and deployment pipelines (Jenkins).
• Understanding of unit test frameworks and writing unit tests.
• Strong experience in configuration management.
• Preferred:
• Experience with Adobe Analytics integration.
• Knowledge of security and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with ACS Tools for asset migration.
