Job Description:MOTM Technologies is a Sales & Marketing partner for Engineering Industries, Serving more than 160 unique clients from various Engineering verticals. They undertake essential activities of sales & Marketing fraction such as Market Research, Tele-sales, E-mail Marketing, Field sales, ABM, and Digital Marketing.
As an Advocate, you will be responsible for representing and supporting the interests of individuals or groups who need assistance navigating legal, social, or community systems. Your role involves providing information, guidance, and support to ensure that clients rights are upheld and their needs are addressed effectively. This position requires a strong commitment to advocacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Provide personalized support and advocacy to clients, including guidance on navigating legal, social, or community systems.Case Management:
Assist clients in understanding their rights and options, and help them make informed decisions. Manage and track case progress, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.Resource Coordination: Connect clients with appropriate resources, services, and referrals to meet their needs effectively.
- Advocacy: Represent clients in meetings, hearings, or negotiations to advocate for their interests and ensure their voices are heard.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, case progress, and any relevant documentation.Education and Outreach:
Conduct educational workshops or seminars on relevant topics to empower clients and the community. Advocate for policy changes and improvements as needed.Collaboration: Work closely with other professionals, including attorneys, social workers, and community organizations, to coordinate comprehensive support for clients.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Education: LLB or Equivalent Law Degree
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
