Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Advocate at K&S Law Chambers. As an Advocate, you will be responsible for providing legal assistance and representation to clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising clients on legal matters, representing clients in court proceedings, and negotiating settlements. You will work closely with our team of lawyers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Indian law and legal procedures
• Experience in litigation, including court appearances and drafting legal documents
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Admission to the Bar Council of India
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Experience in corporate law or specialized legal practice areas is a plus
