Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Advocate with 3-4 years of legal experience, including at least 1 year specializing in real estate law. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, handle real estate transactions, and manage legal matters with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice on a range of issues, including real estate transactions, property disputes, and contract matters.
- Real Estate Expertise: Manage real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing agreements, conducting due diligence, and handling title issues.
- Client Representation: Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts related to real estate and other legal matters.
- Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: LLB or equivalent degree in Law.
- Experience: 3-4 years of legal practice, with a minimum of 1 year specializing in real estate law.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex legal matters and provide strategic advice.
- Effective communication and client management skills.
