Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Advocate to join our legal team. The Advocate will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our clients in various legal matters. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Give clients legal counsel and representation in a range of legal situations.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents, including agreements and contracts.
• Advocate for customers in court and other legal situations.
• On behalf of clients, negotiate agreements and settlements.
• Effectively communicate with clients and other legal experts

Skills and Qualifications

• A legal bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 2-6 years of experience in the job market context of India
• Two to six years of experience in the Indian employment market
• Admission to the Indian Bar Council
• Strong familiarity with Indian legal procedures and laws
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capacity to function both alone and collaboratively
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
