Job Description:

The Advisor, IT Infrastructure role is responsible for performing Backup Administration DPO solutions, predominantly with deep knowledge of Networker, DD, and DPA. The role involves handling a wide variety of daily Backup & Restore management incidents and tasks, as well as migrations. Frequent communication with customers is essential to ensure that the requirements of each task are fully understood and expected timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• With 3-5 years of experience, the candidate should be capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Considered advanced in the implementation and use of storage solutions.
• Knowledgeable of industry best practices in the implementation of complex Backup environments.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.
• Implement and support Data Migration solutions.
• Implement and support Disaster Recovery solutions.
