Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Program Advisor or Senior Program Advisor at CampusWalkin.com. The Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students or clients in their respective areas. The role involves advising on college admissions, courses, scholarship opportunities, and other related topics. This role requires effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the education industry, including college admissions and entrance exams
• Experience in advising students or clients on education-related matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, clients, and education providers
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
