We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Ad Sales / Digital and Media Sales Manager with 1+ years of experience in a sales-driven role. This position involves a mix of hunting (new client acquisition) and farming (managing and growing existing accounts). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising and media sales, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Locations:Bangalore & Mumbai
- Client Acquisition (Hunting):
- Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities by targeting potential clients, media agencies, and advertisers.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to secure new partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify and engage with emerging markets.
- Account Management (Farming):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure account growth and long-term retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell advertising solutions to maximize revenue potential from current accounts.
- Provide ongoing client support, addressing concerns and ensuring campaign success.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue flow.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored advertising solutions aligned with client goals.
- Ensure smooth execution and delivery of advertising campaigns, meeting agreed-upon KPIs.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Market Research & Insights:
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and campaign progress in CRM tools.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1+ years in ad sales, digital media sales, or a similar target-oriented sales role.
- Proven experience in both client acquisition (hunting) and account management (farming).
