This role is critical in expanding our client base while collaborating closely with our internal team.
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients across Kerala, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our team, including designers, digital marketers, and creative directors, to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.Proposal Development:
Prepare and present tailored advertising proposals to clients, demonstrating the value of our services.Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting:
Provide regular sales reports and updates, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication with the head office.
Proficiency in sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Mumbai advertising market is a plus.
Base Salary: Competitive and based on experience.
- Commission: Additional commission based on the projects you bring in.
