Job Description:
- Manage the maintenance and development of SAP BTP systems and/or services as subject matter expert (SME) with setting up directions and deliver results in your own role.
- Maintain documents such as user requirement specifications (URS), functional design specifications (FDS), technical design specifications (TDS), and other system documentations.
- Ensure governance and compliance with relevant regulations and standards in IT operations and projects while conducting regular audits and assessments to identify and address any gaps or non-compliance issues.
- Manage system budgets and vendors with participating in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in governance and compliance practices.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand and address compliance requirements, supported business processes, and needs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Should have 7-10 years of experience in IT system management, including maintenance and development of IT systems and/or services.
- Strong knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), general infrastructure, platforms, and data.
- Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
- Strong understanding of business processes and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ITIL, change and release management, and system administration.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
